Hi! I'm Alyssa Perala
I started Alyssa Perala Consulting to fill the gaps that I recognized as a manager and leader.
I was promoted to my first management position because I was a high-performer. I was handed a team, told to lead, and had no idea what I was doing. With little training, time, or resources - I felt isolated, like I was wasting time creating tools, and I lacked the skills I needed to take my team to the next level.
I never want you to feel the same. So, I am bringing you the systems and tools that I wish I had when I was a mid-level manager.
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience and training in Organizational Behavior Management. My formal training allows me to understand how and why individuals behave the way the they do in the workplace and develop strategies to maximize and measure performance.
My professional experience of being in a variety of leadership roles from front-line supervisor to CEO provided me with the opportunity to apply and fine-tune these strategies over the course of a decade. I bring an understanding of the challenges you face every day and solutions to get you through them.
